ARTICLE 10. STORM WATER
15-1001 Storm Water Development Assessment Fee
(a)All customers within the city limits shall be assessed a fee of $1.67 per month establish and maintain a storm water development fund.
(b)The storm water development assessment fee shall begin January 1, 2021.
