(a)   Name. The official name shall be “Tanko Trail.”

(b)   Location. The park shall be established on City property located at SW Corner of Lot A, Plowman’s Addition to the City of Cherryvale.

(a)   HOURS:

(1)   The park will be open from dawn to dusk, unless closed by proclamation.

(2)   The track shall not be used during baseball games.

(b)   EQUIPMENT ALLOWED: Only Bicycles shall be allowed to use this facility. No roller skates, roller blades and/or similar equipment are allowed.

(c)   ALTERATIONS: No alterations shall be made to the track without the express approval of the City Council.

(d)   Penalty Section: A violation of any section of this article is a Class C misdemeanor.
